Highlights: This course engages the learner through a game type format. The learner must catch core value icons in order to earn 5 stars for a 5 star Google Review. Striving towards a real-life goal by using interactions such as motion paths, tabs, click to reveal, hotspots, and highlight zooming, information is scaffolded for optimal learning. This learning leads to custom quiz questions.

Storyline Course
Problem: As the company experienced increased success and growth, it saw a 50% decrease of inventions being disclosed after a new group of employees were hired.
Solution: After current employees take this course as a refresher and new employees complete upon onboarding, the education from this course will yield 100% of inventions being disclosed by employees.

Highlights: This course comes to life as the narrator takes the learner through the course and relates with other employees in scenario based interactions. Rise Course
Problem: The learner has found themselves at a wine tasting, ordering wine at a restaurant, or shopping for a bottle of wine at the store, but have no idea what kind to buy.
Solution: This course takes the learner on a stroll through wine country to discover three types of red wine. By the end, they will feel confident to go wine tasting, order a glass at dinner or buy a bottle at the store.

VILT Course
Problem: Employees were not able to identify their own character strengths and then be able to use them to have a more successful outcome in their work environment.
Solution: This virtual instructor led (VILT) course teaches the learner what their character strengths are and allows them the opportunity to discuss with co-workers how they can incorporate those strengths into their daily work to achieve workplace success.
