Design Process
Upon the inception of a new project, I value building a relationship with the stakeholders to truly understand their company needs, purpose and vision for the training. Once I have that understanding, I thrive on working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to acquire the content knowledge necessary. From design documents to storyboards, mapping out the course is like a game of Tetris until "voila!" it all just clicks. The real creativity begins with the design work by making the learning meaningful, engaging, interactive and dare I say...fun! Communication, flexibility and adaptation are key in order to deliver an effective course that benefits my client. And in that, comes great satisfaction.
